The Honeydukes Box of Wizarding Sweets - Medium
The Honeydukes Box of Wizarding Sweets (only for Witches and Wizards) -Medium - To celebrate just how fab the Harry Potter books are (especially 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'), we've put together this fantastic box of wizarding sweets, crammed to the brim with a selection good enough to come straight from Honeydukes Sweetshop!
This Harry Potter extravaganza wizarding box weighs 2.2 kg and it measures 25cm x 15cm x 15cm (that's 9.8in x 5.9in x 5.9in). It's jam-packed with weird and wonderful edible creatures, from Fruity Frogs, to Devil's Fireballs, from White Mice to Jelly Filled Snails - it's totally out of this world!
Please note: if you're a Muggle, eat at your peril - side effects include sprouting giant purple whiskers and squeaking like a guinea pig... no, we're pulling your leg... (or are we?)
Here are the spell-inducing magical sweets it contains:
Fruity Frogs, 250g (similar to Chocolate Frogs only jelly!)
Giant Rats, 250g
Jelly Beans (like Bertie Bott's), 250g
Jelly Filled Snails, 250g (tastier than Jelly Slugs!)
Space Dust, 5 sachets
Chocolate Coins, 2 nets
Liquorice Wands, 10
Gooey Brain Skullcrushers, 2
Devil's Fireballs, 2
Eyepoppers, 4 (a bit like Acid Pops!)
Medium Size White Mice, 250g0 -
You've inspired me to do a HP hamper too! I must say I balked at the cost of the Bertie Botts sweets. If you look at the American sellers on Ebay (go to Ebay.com) they're a lot cheaper even with International Shipping. I will let you know if mine get through without any additional charges or tax being slapped on em!
Hope this helps. I got 6 large boxes boxes of Every Flavour Beans and 3 bags of slugs for less than £30 with shipping, which was way cheaper than it would have been from any UK supplier. Why oh why do we pay so much more for everything? Grrrrrrrrrrr....0 -
Has anyone tried putting pumpkin through a juicer? :rotfl:
So far I've got the pumpkin shaped plastic bowl from Tesco (thanks haylibo), the sixth book , the fifth film (found it cheapest in Morrisons), I made a book mark (thanks jamtart6), and I have a mug (Gryffindor for mil because she's definitely not a Slytherin like me!) which I will put some hot choccie sachets in. There are so many sweets I'm quite undecided!! Hopefully, if I'm brave enough, I'll post a piccie soon.
:beer:Thanks once again for all the suggestions."all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."0 -
I've put cooked pumpkin in a smoothie, tastes best mixed with orange juice or some grated ginger.
