My landlord has had a plumber out due to a leak and he has had to put in some new hot water pipes to the downstairs bathroom he has put the new pipe directly with no gap above the electric fuse box. Does anyone know if this is safe?

Guess could be worse, could be the cold water and condensation dripping off onto the fuse box"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
