Sorry David 69. The only other fee would be a £275 exit Fee if you should leave. You can also overpay any amount at all with no penalties. It sounds a great deal especially if the Mortgage rates come down. Then I can pay it off quicker.Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0

In response to npgd - nothing at all - except that historically they have alwasy been the same, and I suspect always will beI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Best Mortgage I’ve had so far. Absolutely no stress issues. Easy ONLINE application process – I had hardly any need to contact the call centre but when I did it was quick and efficient!
Absolutely no fees joining or leaving - phew! The promise is not to be more than the Bank of England rate by more than 0.9%. I was in similar position to you; £190k Value requiring £50k over 8 years (with Endowment Mortgage). I also needed to overpay the shortfall on the re-mortgage and even this was a breeze on the web site to select the “Part Repayment/endowment”.
With no fees this makes grate sense. With the ability of overpay, completely pay off or move it else where if it becomes uncompetitive with such flexability it kind of asks the question where is the scam but I have been with ING since May07 and have nothing but praise for them.0
