1 - Open to UK residents, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Great British Chefs Ltd, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the management of the prize draw.

2 - No purchase necessary. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted.

3 - To enter, complete the submission requirements within the dates as stated on the entry page. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5 - Only one entry per person – only completed registrations during the specific promotional period will be entitled to be entered into the draw.

The prize is for 1 winner and 1 guest to receive a 7 night stay in Florida (2 nights Miami, 5 nights Florida Keys)

Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargoes and blackout periods may apply. If the date selected by the prize winner is unavailable due to airline embargo or blackout dates then a range of alternative dates will be offered.

Blackout dates – Thanksgiving 2018, 21st – 31st December 2018, 14th – 19th February 2019 , April 2019, 20th July 2019 – 20th August 2019

Booking must be made by the 31st December 2018 and travel must be completed by 31st December 2019

The costs of transfers, travel insurance, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

Name changes, or destination changes are not permitted.

Winner and guest must travel on the same flight and dates and carry valid passports. The prize must be used by the winner and guests travelling together.

TravelPlanners disclaim liability for typographical errors and errors in distributions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TravelPlanners reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Travel insurance is required, but is not included. It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure they have proper travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.

Visa: It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft.

Health Documents: It is the prize-winner's responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.

7 - Great British Chefs Ltd may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

8 - For details of the winner please email competitions@greatbritishchefs.com within four weeks of the closing date.

9 - No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances the stated prize is no longer available; Great British Chefs Ltd reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

10 - Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date.

11 - Winners will be notified in writing using the email address submitted to enter the draw within 12 days of the draw date. The winner must then confirm acknowledgment by return email within 30 days or they will lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be void and may be used for future prize draws.

12 - Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Great British Chefs Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

15 - To the extent permitted by law, Great British Chefs Ltd, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to Great British Chefs Ltd hereby expressly exclude:all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.

16 - As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
