Howdy,

Hoping someone could give a little reassurance?

Im in the middle of building an extension and have been quoted £5500 for the new roof, which includes...

All timber work
3 x Velux Windows
Redland Regent 12.5 degree pitch tiles
gutters
facias
and all other aspects to complete the roof
Labour etc

Does this seem along the right lines?
