Another who hasnt read my post!
because, you should be able to declare all conditions then say I will decline cover for this one but have it for that one.
You can't and it is all money making.
read what i put about my daughters depression £78!!! added on!!! If we took it. We declined it.
But i cannot decline the cartilage without declining the asthma, and that is something i HAVE to have just in case.
Clear now?
lol
Well, insurance companies aren't in business to make a loss.
Declaring one condition then declining cover for it could be extremely difficult for an insurance company.
Say for example you decline cover for the cartilage problem then whilst on holiday you suffer from a thrombosis. However small, there will be a possibility that the thrombosis was caused by blood clotting in the cartilage and then moving from there.
Just about every medication taken will produce some side effects and if you were to take something for a declined condition and it caused problems with another part of your body, what then?0
