Lpg gas fitter checked system for leaks

cut 2 copper pipes and fitted 4 white plastic caps
and has charger £112 seems a lot


7m of copper price including valve and 4 way change over £500+



am i going mad seems a lot

It's unusual to get an RGI out for a minimum of less than an hour, so £90 min charge is not excessive. Plus parts a tenner and you are nearly at £112.
How long did it take?

Well he says took 4 hours


As work price is £25 an hour


I agree about 1 hour work as was no leaks or nothing



So was expecting about £60 bill not £112

Hi not on gas Was pipework coming from next office but no longer has heating system or radiators so pipes needed capping
