this may not be related but if the "Elite Management" you refer to is Elite Management (Midlands) Limited, the director is mentioned in the below article:

just an update - I dont have anyone to really help me with this, and while i was trying to work this all out, they sent baliffs to my door. I was out so my friend who has learning disabilties, several mental healt issues plus isnt a native englsih speaker was harrsed and scared into paying £60 -even through she was able to prove she wasnt me!
I stoped messing around and paid the tickets using their online facility.
But now 1 year on have reveiced a "letter before claim"...... they want another £240 from me for tickets i have paid in full!
Thing is I have maybe 6 accounts i might have paid the tickets with, plus 2 of them are closed, so it wil take days ndays searching to find the debits and frankly I CBA.
Where do i go from here, and how do i sue them for harrassment of my friend?0 -
This forum majors on private parking invoices rather than taking action against bailiffs
You will get better advice posting this on the debt free wannabes forum
With regards to your other parking invoices you really need to get your act together and start researching to get the details together - it looks unlikely they will go away if you continue to cba!0 -
You CBA to find out that you have paid, yet want to sue them?
The former is *much* easier than the latter
Your friend woul dhave to sue. you cant sue for them.0
