Hi
after I graduated in 2005 my natwest student overdraft account had a sudden fee attached. I was unaware that this would happen. Do I have a case for reclaiming the fee?
I'm not sure of any of the details of fees or dates...

When you graduated, you ceased being a student and the bank obviously migrated your account.
I can't see any scenario wherein this fee will be refunded to you, especially if you no longer Bank with them and you have no documentation to support your "complaint".0
