Mag dailies - chasing wins

I have had a few Mag Daily wins where I haven't receieved a WEM but seen my name, which is not common, on the competition newsletters when they used to publish recent winners names. Each time I have waited the 28 working days to see if the prize turns up and then when it hasn't have contacted DMRI to ask if they could confirm whether it was in fact me. They ignored me and so I contacted the magazines and the companies offering the prizes. Each time it turned out it was me and I eventually received the prizes.
I think it's appalling that winners are not notified - this means it is all too easy for prizes not to be fulfilled. I often wonder how many are never given out - if it has happened to me three times in the last couple of years then it must be quite common place.
Incidently, one of the prizes was worth nearly £300 - so not an insignificant prize.
Then ther are the ones which just turn up without any prior notification - if they are lost in transit or misdelivered the rightful recipient would never know they have missed out!
