Lynda.com offfers a variety of first class video tutorials. You can visit the site and the first few in each series are free.
You can google "lynda.com coupon codes" and get a link which provides you with a weeks free access to try any training videos you fancy.
Lynda.com has training vids on office, several web design apps and photoshop stuff including CS3 and Lightroom.
Definately worth a look.

I expect im typical of a lot of people can do the basic but with this new vista looking to do more just learnt how to bypass the log in screen etc now looking how to operate the 3d flip feature of files opened. so easy for most people reading this im sure , how i miss having youngsters around its all so easy for them....my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0

I wouldn't worry about the 3d flip, it's just eye candy. I don't think I've ever used it seriously since I got Vista.
Just hit the windows key + tab to activate it or there is an icon in teh quick launch area of the task bar. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
