Does anybody know when the next MSE Big Energy switch event is?

Dont know whether to take up a new energy supplier now or sit it out and wait?

Thanks

  • Waiting for the Big Switch 11 news too, just been kicked off the best deal with Iresa (after they were shut down), but in no rush to jump if MSE are pending. Next switch is usually around October

Waiting to hear about this too as my fixed tariff ends on 04/10. Prices seem to have increased so much and a good deal via MSE would be much appreciated!

Haven't seen one of those for years ;)

Check out this weeks email for MSE's advice on a nice expensive EDF tariff being offered via the CEC (not available direct from the supplier)

    :money:

MSE say it's the cheapest big name tariff, but only for some.
I wonder how many more provisos they will need to include in the future to have any valid reason to advertise these "deals"?

Still, if it brings back users like yourself after almost 2 years absence from this site, it's gotta be a good thing.
This site values all posts from those that take the time and effort to post here, and it really needs people like yourself to continue to post regularly, else it will simply die.

Still, you are doing better than the previous poster who came back after an 8 year hiatus
Sadly another poster who seemed not to have any spare time and so disappeared immediately (and not been back again since)
  • Just gone to EON, as its cheaper than the last big switch deal...…. also, if your with EDF on the September fixed, they have a renewal version of that tariff (on the news page) which is actually cheaper.
