Club Lloyds Vue cinema tickets after account closure

I had a Club Lloyds account which I closed recently partly due to interest rate reduction and partly to consolidate finances.

However, I received my annual benefit of 6 Vue cinema tickets just a couple of weeks ago, with an expiry date well into next year, and I was wondering if the tickets might still be valid after the account closure.

Thanks Ballard, I missed that post... my account just got closed this morning, I might try and book something with the vouchers today in case there is a time gap before they invalidate the cinema tickets.

No they won’t.

Looks like you can now use the vouchers to book cinema tickets online (wasn't possible a couple of years ago), and mine went through (all 6 used at once), which means any invalidation is not instantaneous!
