ukpc, no popla

The parking fine from 10/6/18, I did the same day 26, then had 14 days to reply to them again which I did on 25/7/18 and on day 50 received NTK. still no reply to last appeal or POPLA code. checked their website and this time does not say cancelled in full, but gives me option to appeal again!! also says in NTK got 28 days to appeal from the NTK date !?
What should I do next? Does the POPLA code come in separate letter or with rejection letter normally?

appeal the NTK if you can using the same template appeal as before, appealing as KEEPER and not revealing who was driving

a proper rejection should contain the popla code, which may come by email or may come by post, so keep an eye on both

and please stop opening new threads about the same saga(s)

Seems like the third thread opened about the one single case.

What are people on today? So many duplicate/triplicate threads clogging up the forum, containing no context, making advice risky.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Best thing to do now is to send a PM (Private Message) to Crabman, Savvy or Soolin and ask one of them to merge your threads. Contributors will reply to each post in a thread and if there are lots of threads, the effort gets diluted.

thanks. that's why I didn't repeat info here and asked to go to "ukpc ltd appeal thread." to reply to my queries. Ive only asked on that thread so why would I need to merge the threads? sry isn't that if duplicate info on different threads?

The protocol is "one case, one thread" and that way, contributors can see all of your case with timeline in one thread and not have to go searching for it. It helps you in the end.

thats why i didnt open a new thread! and have obeyed one case one thread, which is why im confused. Timeline wise i have posted it in todays only thread i wrote in so no need to merge for that reason.
BTW, I didnt get any replies which is why i posted here for someone to read the post "ukpc ltd appeals" let alone duplicate replies!! i know u trying to help but i didnt get the merging if no duplicates and only posted today.

if this is a different case than your other one or two , then edit the thread title to pcn1 or pcn2 or whatever, so we know which thread is which case, as apparently you have 3 pcn`s on the go ?

and as mentioned above, I , repeat , I , told you what to do in post #2

in which case, where are we on THIS SAGA as opposed to those other separate sagas ?

    better info = better replies

    thank you

if this thread relates to one of your other threads, then we told you to pm soolin or crabman with the details so they can merge them into one thread per saga

ie:- each PCN should have its own unique thread

    hope that helps ?
