Cancelled CCJ - removal from credit report

Hi,
Looking for some advice.
I found out I had a CCJ registered against me at an old address I never got any notification as all the documents went to the old address and it was only when applying for a mortgage that I actually got told by a broker there was potentially something adverse that I needed to look into. I managed to see it on my credit report and thankfully a few days after the judgement got made. It's been paid in full within the month after the judgement was declared and the court has cancelled the CCJ and given me confirmation, registry trust have also taken it off the register, so if I do a search on their site it now doesn't appear that I have any CCJ's listed against me. I'm told it'll take a few days to show the default on my credit file as satisfied which remains as is which I understood.
Registry Trust has confirmed that they batch update CCJ information to the credit reference agencies overnight following the removal and the CRA will then action the removal of the CCJ ruiling on my credit report. I managed to get through to Equifax who confirmed they do this within 24-48 hours of notification but I can't seem to get any definitive answers from Callcredit or Experian on their timescales for updating information passed to them by Registry Trust.
Anyone got any ideas or had experience of this in the past who can shed some light?

Hi there,
The credit files are normally updated monthly. You could contact them directly to see if they will action the information any quicker, especially as this is time sensitive with your mortgage application.
If you have proof from the court that this has been paid in full, you could present that to the broker and ask them to wait 30 days before running anymore searches.
