Has anyone used this - apparently it doesn't show on your file. A bit scared to try it out

You must be talking about the 'check it' ads for CapitalOne Quick Check. That is where they check your eligibility for one of their cards without being recorded as a 'hard' search on your credit report. That means no negative impact on how you would be scored by potential lenders.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
