Is this letter a Letter Before Claim ?

  • So you need to reply back and remind them that their 30 days to provide the documents OR explain why the *cannot* supply them is still running.
Isn't it better to wait for the 30 days to elapse first ?

    No.

They still wont reply in time, with a proper sert of docs
This way you catch them out and get it in front of the court that they CLEARLY have no paperwork yet sent out a letter before claim.

I've just received this reply 4 months after I sent my letter asking for evidence.

    NOTHING

I say that on the assumption that you have done 2 things which are now completed

    1) the SAR to NCP , and received a reply containing the data they have on you

    2) the LBC rebuttal to which you appear to have had your answers

if those 2 items are complete and you have nothing further to go back with, then come back when you receive an MCOL in the post

if you feel that you MUST do something, you issue an LBC rebuttal, denying any alleged debt (ping pong)

Nothing except wait patiently for a Claim Form to drop through your letter-box.

    Enjoy your Christmas.

No claim form yet but my mother got one (see other thread).

Isn’t there a time limit on mine ?

Do you think they have just given up ?
