I'm planning ahead for my daughter's SL Finance Wales application for next year and need some help please.

1. Am I right in thinking that our household income for 2017/18 Is relevant for 2019/20 unit entry?

2. I'm self employed and made a loss in that year and took no wages . Does this count as a minus against my husband's salary?

3. To complicate matters we're deciding whether to take the tax free amount out of my personal pension. As this is Tax free, does it count as part of the household income?

As we're in Wales I want to make sure I get this right as it affects the ratio of grant and loan that my daughter will be entitled to.

I'd appreciate any help please.

Thanks!
