hi, we originally had supply from Scottish power. On may21st. - however at the end of the contract we decided to shop around. got a quote from NPower. 27th May email from NP - problems with switching . 30th May - Cancelled contract with NP ( EMAIL & LETTER). 30thMay live chat with NP to confirm leaving - " we would receive a letter from NP to confirm leaving - none received.
31st May email from NP - sorry you are leaving. 27th June live chat with NP confirmed contracts have been cancelled. 2nd July NP set up Direct Debit with my bank ???
12th July phoned NP - told me to contact bank and stop the DD - which I did..
27th July email from NP stating that our bill is ready to view on line !
28th July sent a strongly worded letter to the complaints dept.
Do not use N Power they are liers and incompetent.

Which supplier do you work for and therefore recommend we use then? :cool:
Meanwhile, I'll continue to follow this MSE advice, and choose the cheapest supplier for me.
