They are a Chinese company that pay lip service to UK consumer regulations. Their only UK presence seems to be through agents. Your only hope could be by using payment protection depending on how paid but as they are stating the phone is damaged this could be problematic. In future if you are going to spend in excess of £500 check out where your money is going first.
Does it really matter, they are stating the phone is damaged so pretty much excludes either route.Please clarify - are you trying to return within 30 days for a refund or return under warranty for a repair?0 -
To be honest, I just wanted a working new phone. When I had issues within the first 20 days, I sent it back as a refund as I didn't want a device that may break down two months after the first 30 days. I had assumed as they're a large brand, that they'd at least look to investigate it without realising they're solely based in the Far East.0
