Direct Number for Halifax VISA complaints team

First of all, sorry if this is a duplicate post but I have been asking Halifax for my credit card statements from a card I closed a few years ago since APRIL and I found this number and thought that any of you having similar communication problems with halifax may wish to use it too.
This is a direct line, without any "press 1" automated service - the line is directly picked up by Visa Complaints Officers. 01383 743354.
The first few times I called it was engaged but I persevered and got through.
