Hi, new to the site and looking for some help / advice. We used Beneficial Trust back in the in the 1980’s and 90’s and are pretty sure we had to take out some form of Payment Protection. We have no paperwork to check this out and just wanted to know if there is anything we can do?

Although they ended up with HSBC, so you could complain to them.
