New bathroom installations

Options
I am getting a new bathroom installations tomorrow.

When they came to do the survey they said I needed new hardwood panel flooring.

While tidying up I was cleaning near the bath and one of the floor boards has wet rot damage.

How extensive will the additional work be? We are all ready paying for new plasterboards on the wall and new hardwood panel floors. And already costing more than £6000

If you have damaged floorboards, them they need to be repaired. Its quite a straightforward job, providing joists aren't affected.
