Does anyone know how I can send a complaint to Dorothy Perkins, this company is a JOKE!
Around 3 out of 5 orders I place with Dorothy Perkins doesn't get refunded in time. I spend hours on hold with them trying to get through, I have emailed, commented on posts via Facebook and also direct messaged them on Facebook to ask about a refund, but no response. I know its not only myself that has issues as I can see other people are having the same troubles, you would think huge company like this can sort out telephone issues and refunds in a timely manner!
I've googled the CEO of the company to even email them but having no joy! Can anyone help me? To top it all off I've just tried to call again this morning and apparently "they cant take your call right now"
I just want my money back.... I've also tried returning to store but its a tall item - You cant take back to the shop.

Should have asked first, what kind of timeline we looking at here, wghen did you return said items ?0 -
What do you mean by "in time"? Perhaps it's your expectations that are the problem.0

Why has my return not been refunded?
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Returned parcels are on average refunded within 14 days of posting, however in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. If you have received an email to confirm your refund, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear in your account. If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund is being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.
If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Customer Care can investigate this for you.0
