Has anybody won with these companies and received their prize? I won a cd last December with music news, I e mailed my name and address. A month later I emailed asking where it was, I have tweeted and facebooked them no reply at all. In June I won with film news and the same thing has happened, no replies at all. They actually tweeted congratulations that I had won, just wondered if it is all publicity and they keep the prizes. Not worth contacting ASA as just cds, guess they know that too.:mad:

How frustrating! I've never won with them, but usually enter the competitions. You are entitled to that prize, even if it is just something small. It's really bad that they haven't been in contact. I would keep pestering them, and also contact on social media, so others are aware that they are not sending prizes to winners. Hope you can get it sorted out!

I won a blu-ray from film-news in February and received it within a few weeks, however I entered via email so my details were passed on to the PR company straight away and I was given the PR company's details in the winning email. Have you tried emailing Marco the editor? It's not always the websites fault but the PR companies who don't fulfil they end of the arrangement. Which CD/DVD was it have you seen others post that they have received the DVD/CD from other websites. All the DVDs I had to chase last year were from different websites but had one thing in common the PR company details on the packaging when I finally received them.
