Deferred from 2005 to 2006 but paid higher fees

I deferred my place at uni in 2005 and started in 2006.
Is it correct that I was charged £3000 per year?

Gap year students who deferred stayed on £1.2k per year, but were able to take tuition fee loans from September 2006.
  • Thank you Ed.

Should I raise this with the uni or the Student Loan Company?

University, although you had to be classed by the university as a gap year student. I assume you returned to the same university/course as you would have in 2005?
