ASOS problems

Hi, anyone had any issues with ASOS. I've been a customer for a year or more and never had any problems. I ordered about 15/16 items last week (Thursday 26th) , some doubled to make sure I got correct size etc. Delivery came (Friday 27th) but I was 5 items missing despite them being on the delivery note and no more parcels due. I contacted them on chat and was told their specialist team would look into it and get back to me within 10 days. Yesterday (sunday 29th) I got an email saying they would not be refunding nor replacing items and that my account is now closed and any emails I sent regarding this issue would not be replied to and instantly blocked. I got on chat today and was told pretty much the same thing and I should contact my bank for refund. Thing is I was even told I cannot get a refund for items that I did receive that I do not require (wrong size etc) so I'm basically appx £500 out of pocket and only have about £60 worth of gear that I want. Appx £180 of items not even received and £250 of items that are of no use due to being too small/not suitable. Any suggestions or anyone else had similar problems with them?
