Looking to upgrade our bathroom and not done one for over 15 years, so after recommendations to the best online seller of modern bathroom suites, tiles etc

Don't. I run a property maintenance company and have fitted some of the stuff from the likes of Victoria Plumb etc. Low quality and overpriced. As a result we wont do labour only installations now. Try and find a decent local independent plumbers merchants. You may pay a bit more, but you will get a better product and better service.
