PPI or Plevin: Which form to use

Hi There,

Hoping someone with some expertise may be able to help me. I've compiled what I can to submit a PPI claim for both me and my wife. While the article on the MSE website is excellent, I still can't work out which of the forms to use:

Me: have had overdrafts and credit cards in the past (of which I have some numbers etc) and want to see if I've had PPI. I'm not sure for definitely whether I have or not but want to apply to find out.

My wife: more likely to have had PPI but has less of a paper trail than I have so lacks dates, account numbers etc.

Neither of us has made a claim before. Could you please advise which to use?

Also, is there any harm in submitting both?

Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Plevin only applies to PPI. it also only applies to rejected PPI complaints.

When you make your PPI complaint, if the firm rejects it, they automatically then look at plevin. it doesnt need a new form.
