Re-staining soffits fascia boards and new guttering

Hi all,
It's that time when I need to address the fading soffits an fascia boards on my house, at the same time I am going to replace the gutters and down-pipes, as they are faded, leak on joins and some clips have broken.
I got a local in to estimate the job and he has quoted me £525 to sand and re-stain the boards, replace all guttering and down-pipes with new, as well as re-staining a wooden porch canopy I have over the front door. Two men will complete the job in one-day and there is no need for any scaffolding, all can be done on ladders.
I live in the south west, in a standard 3-bed two story semi detached house, which is approx 5m wide. It is just the front and rear that needs doing, no side work required. Down-pipes are at the front and rear on one side and involve a couple of swan necks and nothing complex.
Is this estimate good? It's the first one I have had, I would have a go myself but I am no good with heights!
Thanks..
