    They've just refunded us £60.60p. Person in the room above ours was making a racket pacing back & forth relentlessly from 03:25 to 04:00 when I finally called reception to complain.

    It went on for a further 15 mins & in the morning I was given the customer service contact details. We were in the Garwick A23 Inn on a sleep/park/fly deal costing £116 for 1 night stay & 7 nights Gatwick parking.

    I consider that a very good refund & well done Premier Inn.
    Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.
