In 2005/2006 I lost my sight in my right eye and was diagnosed with a rare disease-Behcet’s disease-which lead to other disabilities like chronic arthritis, meningitis headaches, comprised immune system amongst many other chronic illnesses which consequently lead to me having to be medically retired as I was not able to…

Only if you could prove you were physically incapable of sending a single email / making a phone call / going on the website for the entire 6 month period. There is no issue trying it but we are at a point 6 years on from the complaint being rejected which OP would need to cover
