Dual Fan Electric Wall Oven No Heat!

Hello and Good Evening!
I have a Samsung dual fan electric wall oven (model no. BF64 1FST (- 01) which was installed way back in 2011. We haven't used it so much, but after the strain of coping with Christmas etc, in January I warmed up my evening meal and it just stopped heating up!
Now the fan and the bulb come on, I can even set the clock and everything, but there's no heat coming from the grill or the heating element at the back which heats up the oven.:cool:eek:
We have been surviving on salads for months, but although I'm losing weight and eating more healthily, has anyone any advise please as to why both the grill and the fan assisted oven won't heat up?
Thanks so much for any tips as we want turkey for Christmas dinner in nearly five months time!

Thermostat or thermal cut out possibly - likely to need a local repair company to cjeck it out0
