Its mostly from the corner of the property, which is were a drain is located.
Some work has been done previously because you can see the patches.

I doubt it's the fault of the drain. It's possible that the drain has cracked with the shrinking of the ground (clay?), but the cause is likely to be the shrinking of the ground, given that this has happened before and has been dormant for some time.
Cracks appear to be mainly horizontal, not pointing to an area, more an overall dropping of the foundation. They will always appear where there is an easy path - the corner of windows and doors and aling eaves, ceilings etc. I have seen worse.
The weather will ease and it will help, but attention and monitoring is clearly needed from a structural engineer.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
