Hi all. Would appreciate any advice Basically have completely messed up with a Mersey Flow fine. The 3810 breaks down even further.
The majority (2810) were successful purely because the Council did not bother to contest so wins by default
928 appeals were won where the council contested.
The rest were things such as closed by consent, withdrawn etc
