asked for copy of contract

Hi, on the 19th may I asked robinson way for a copy of my signed contract dating from 1999 for a debt I had with HFC bank, I sent my £1 as asked. I have received a copy of the contract today, 28th July a total of 69 days after I requested it. Am I right in thinking there is a time limit to when they can send it.
I am confused by all of this. If anyone can let me know if this is correct I would be grateful.
