Shop evasive and difficult in returning my repaired goods

Hi
I hope I'm over reacting but I think I need advice on further actions to take should I be right. Something I had bought went back to the independent company (who made the item) for repair. They've been evasive ever since and now are being seemingly difficult regarding my collecting it.
Six weeks ago I bought an item for £400. On returning home with it I discovered it was faulty. Contacted the shop (owner) immediately. He was responsive and instructed me to take it back to him for repair. I took it to the shop and I was told they'd be in contact once fixed.
That evening the owner texted me to say if I wanted to contact the company in the meantime I should email them on the company email address.
After a week I'd heard nothing. I emailed them and got no response. After another week I did the same. No response. I texted the owner and received a call back within seconds from a different person who worked there. They had seen my text and said the owner was too busy to respond himself. My item was fixed and they asked if I could collect in 3 working days as they were too busy for collection before hand. I agreed. I was told the shop has moved premises and I was told they'd text me the details.
Today, after two days have passed, I've not received the address. I called the owners number and the same other person answered. I was told they were too busy to give the address to me. They said they'll have texted it to me by Monday (agreed date of collection). None of their social media accounts or website give the new address (old one stated).
I have little knowledge and understanding in the details Companies House gives but upon searching the company on there, it states their accounts are three months overdue and a section 1000(3) notice has been served on them.
If they continue to be evasive, how best should I deal with this?

How did you pay for the item? Cash? Credit or debit card? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
