AVOID!!! Ordered several items including a radiator. Informed radiator was no longer in stock, fair enough.
Paid for nominated day delivery for other items. Never received a dispatch email so chased them. Apparently they didn’t have my phone number (fair enough for courier, but not dispatch email), but confirmed my order was on its way.
Stayed in all day. No delivery. Phoned them and they said it was signed for as delivered with a note saying “no access” so “as far as we’re concerned that’s proof you have it”. Refused to phone the courier to clarify the note saying “no access” (I take this to mean they couldn’t deliver on my narrow road). Tried to suggest someone else at my address had signed for it (a - only I was at home, all day and b- think I’d know if there was a whole sodding bathroom suite in my 2 bed terrace!). Then claimed I’d signed for bath etc AND the radiator. Couldn’t explain how I could have taken delivery of a radiator they’d already emailed me several times to say was not in stock and would be refunded. Appalling company.

Contact your card provider about a chargeback. Unless you paid by credit card and every product was priced at more than £100 - in that case contact your card provider about a section 75 claim. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
