I have a draft appeal ready to submit and a popla code.

I may have messed that up then, I chose both not improperly parked and not driver/registered keeper (selecting other on both too), uploading the same response for both. I had come across the parking pranksters blog about new popla process.
I also uploaded the documents as .doc and not pdf.
Oh well, we will see0 -
