Polished concrete floor

Hi I am looking for any advice on a polished concrete floor and in particular a product called Cemfloor which I believe is a liquid screed.

I am putting UFH into a new build and want a polished floor finish. I've seen cemfloor down and it looks very nice but I am wary about the floor cracking. Can anyone advise on the quality of cemfloor and the durability of it. How likely is it to crack and if it does what is the repair procedure?
