Please don't delete original posts just because you're happy (or stropping because you haven't had the answers you want...). They may be useful for others in the future.
As ever in these threads, the answer is in the industry standard fair wear and tear guide that your finance house will have provided you with a copy of.
If the pads are merely imminent, then you're fine. If the pads have worn so low that they've started to damage the discs, that's not fine.
If your dad dealt with things, then is the finance even in your name?
I can assure you I'm not stropping. This is my first post, I'm trying to get some help and people are responding with irrelevant replies regarding my spelling therefore I feel its not much help to me. However thank you for your help regarding my brakes, it's much appreciated.0 -
