When I try to order a movie, it comes up with "insufficient credit on your viewing card, call 07870......". Before I get stuck in a half hour phone queue  does anyone have a clue what it means? I pay by DD, btw.
Thanks for reading.

It was unplugged (I just realised lol) but I've plugged iin and it's still not working. It's plugged in a filter - is that ok?
Thanks for replying so quickly!******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -
You need to leave it plugged in for a while until Sky poll your box and update your account.
I think this happens nightly at about 3:00 am but I might be wrong.
Prepare yourself to be billed for all those PPVs you have ordered but not yet been billed for.
The filter does not matter. That is there to filter broadband noise from the voice channel so you don't get high frequency hissing in your ears if you are making a call while using broadband. Sky use the voice channel.0 -
Thanks so much, I'll hang on (and prepare myself for that long phone call about the bill!!)******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

Sorry to bump up such an old thread. We still have this issue - and had given up on it to be honest. However, we recently got Sky HD and plugged the thingie back in, and having tried the Box Office thing, got the same mesage.
Any ideas?******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Somewhere on the Sky settings you can set limits for things like pay per view, and even stop it altogether (particularly useful if you have kids who think you're made of money.) Is it possible that the limit is set lower than the cost of the box office movie?0 -

It's not that - ours is set at £20, and it just asks for a PIN if you try to arder more than that.
Thanks anyway
