Euro car parks#please help /advise.

Hello guys, i dont know if its just me but struggle to use this website to find what afvise i need... id be very very greatful for advise please...
So i got a parking fine in the post from euro car parks demanding £45 and a pic of my number plate saying that id failed to pay and display a ticket and used the car park which is a weather spoon pubcar park for 26 minutes. This is true, i was totally oblivious that you had to pay to park thrre... gods knows how as there is signs but on this day i was rushing around for my daughter bday party stuff! Any how do i need to pay it? Many many thanks for any help you can give.

Three things you need to do:
1) go back to the pub ask the manager to cancel the ticket.
2) read post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where you will find a template appeal all ready for you to send.
Send that blue text appeal as it is - without change.
Send it as the keeper.
3) You also need to edit your post to remove clues to the driver's identity.
For example, it was the keeper who received the letter through the post but it was the driver who parked the car.
There is no place for the word 'I' when describing events on the day.0 -
