Good afternoon
Apologies as im sure this has been asked before buy I had loans from Tesco bank and cahoot going back to early 2000s. I have found an address to contact Tesco and I know cahoot is now under Santander but I have no reference numbers etc to quote.
What information do I need to provide, what is the best contact for Santander, how successful have members been with these 2 companies?
Thanks
Emma

Write or email them with all your details and ask if they have any record of you. Include old addresses, names etc anything you can think of.
Other people's complaints have no bearing on the chance of your success or not as all depend on what records you or they haveSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

many providers now offer online checking tools to help you check if you had PP. They will usually get back to you within 40 days. According to the FCA it is usually much quicker.
