Solarplicity Contact Problems

For the last week or 10 days I have been trying to contact Solarplicity to find out why I have only received a gas bill & not an electric bill.
I have a dual fuel account & both gas & electric are billed on the same day.
I have spent literally hours hanging on the phone then the call just drops.
I have tried ringing at all times of the day.
Please don't suggest sending an email because Solarplicity NEVER answer emails EVER.
Is there any other way of contacting this useless, incompetent excuse for an energy supply company ??
I might even have to resort to a COMPLAINT by snail mail !!

They have a facebook page but by the looks of the comments on there no one is happy with their customer service. You could try a direct message on there?0

I wouldn't complain.
Send them emails asking them to resolve it. Continue to provide meter readings. Repeat once per month.
If they fail to get back to you or haven't started billing you after 12 months then that is their loss, because they cannot bill you for energy used more than 12 months ago - providing you have done nothing to prevent them from billing you, and if you are emailing them once per month asking for help to resolve it and providing them readings, then they can't really argue that you are the problem.
