Yes - you can get a 4-port Ethernet switch; it's quite a standard unit.

    Something like this

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-LINK-TL-SG105-5-Ports-Ethernet-Wall-Mounting/dp/B00A128S24

You want an unmanaged switch, and make sure it's Gigabit, avoid the 10/100 Mbs ones.

Strictly speaking the OP needs a 5-port switch [as stragglebod indicates] since one port is used up by the incoming ethernet cable...
    (I don't think I've ever come across a 4-port switch.)

homeplugs or powerline plugs also work, but in certain situations like heavy use packets will clash and the retries will limit the speed

A switch is better, but has loads of cables on the floor, and messy but reliable and i'd go for a switch. If you are on ADSL don't think you will notice much loss (just my opinion) as adsl bandwith is not that great and the plugs can often handle more and probably not the weakest link. Fibre could be very different?

however I have also used homeplugs for cctv too and internet connections at the same time with no issues

As above, you want a switch with 5+ ports.
