Hi I'm getting the above wording on the end of songs, in the file name, when i am ripping them from cd. It never used to do it, i don't know why it's just started. Any help appreciated thanks

Could you say what program you are using to rip the CD tracks, and on what operating system your machine is running, please?0

Your ripping software is saving the file as something like <publisher> <genre> <bitrate> of the track, whereas you generally want it to save as <artist> <trackname>.mp3
There should be settings for changing this somewhere.
Maybe it doesn't have that information from the CD? If the software has a feature to find the information on the net (using the barcode on the disk I think) - get it to find that info first, then rip, and the files will be saved properly.0 -
