Hi
All three lights of my Beko (BEK-WSH-WM5101W-W) washing machine light up when I switch it on, and everything seems locked, the machine doesn't respond to any reset attempt.:(:(
See video:

Is there anything I can attempt myself? My diy skills are very poor.
If it can't be fixed by myself, is it worth paying someone to get it repaired? And if it is, what's the best course of action to find someone in London (handy/taskrabbit etc? https://freeappsforme.com/handyman-apps-android-ios/ )?
Many thanks in advance for any advice.:j

Try the reset

Top line
Hold the start , pause and cancel button for 3 seconds
Otherwise , cheaper to buy a new one from ao.comEx forum ambassador

Yeah that reset procedure didn't work. :-(
Any suggestion for a cheap 59.5cm (not 60cm) washing machine?
