Hope someone can help my 6 year old laptop windows 7 started not holding my user IDs for the sites I use ie banks mse rightmove and so on, therefore each time I start up I have to input this information so annoying I do hope someone can help in laymans terms please.

Hi followed the instructions on the link and tapped in most user IDs and passwords shut down computer and when turned back on all seemed OK turned back on about 1 hour later and all user names are missing again HELP!!0
