You know that the OP has never posted gain in this thread and we have no idea which banks were involved in their issue don't you?
Sparkey1's comment refers to movingon's post, and movingon has already done as suggested, which is of course the right thing to do - how do you expect the problem to be resolved if TSB are not contacted at all? They either respond, or if they don't it can be escalated to the FOS, but advice to do nothing is pointless.0
